Questions

How is pricing calculated?

Each plan gives you a pool of monthly credits. A video spends credits based on its length and the production mode you pick, so the per-minute price shown is the typical cost of a finished minute on that plan. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over; one-time top-up packs are separate and last 6 months. Video-count estimates assume a 10-minute video.

What spends credits?

Video minutes are the main cost, and the core production is included in them: graphics, music, captions, and stock or web-sourced footage. AI-generated media (AI b-roll and AI stills) adds 30 credits per minute, AI presenter takes bill per on-camera minute, and re-rendering after edits costs a flat 100 credits. The new-project screen shows your estimate before you build.

Do AI presenter videos cost extra?

Avatar takes bill per minute your presenter is on camera, on top of the base video. Connect your own HeyGen key in settings and that fee is waived entirely; HeyGen bills your account directly instead. Uploading a real talking-head video of yourself costs nothing extra.

What does yearly billing include?

Exactly the same plan, billed once a year at the price of 10 months, so you get 2 months free (about 17% off versus paying monthly). All of the credits are granted instantly at checkout instead of refreshing month by month.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your plan, credits and videos until the end of the period you have already paid for. When it ends, your plan and monthly credits stop, any top-up credit packs are forfeited, and your videos and projects are scheduled for deletion. You have 30 days to resubscribe and restore everything before it is permanently deleted.

What if I run out of credits?

You can top up with a one-time credit pack at any time, or upgrade your plan. Top-up rates are linked to your plan, so bigger plans buy cheaper packs: $25 per 1,000 credits on Starter, $22 on Creator, $19 on Pro, and $16 on Scale. Pack credits land instantly and are valid for 6 months from purchase.

What if I need more storage?

Every plan includes media storage for your uploads and reusable assets: 5 GB on Starter, 25 GB on Creator, 100 GB on Pro, and 300 GB on Scale. Need more? Add extra storage from the billing page at $5 per month for each additional 100 GB, and change or drop it any time.
